Bean Mee, Bukit Cina

It has been quite long time we didn’t have our bean mee (Dou Qian). Hubby likes bean mee a lot. He has been missing bean mee since i’m on vegetarian. Normally i would order dry pan mee (mien fen gau – melaka called or pan mee – KL called). But this time i also order bean mee. Actually this shop is famous for the mien fen gau, not really the dou qian. Hubby likes dou qian and i like mien fen gau.

The dou qian (RM2.20-RM2.50) has golden anchovies, vegetables and meats in minced and chopped one. It looks normal, but the taste is good. Unless you don’t like too much dark soy sauce. Then you can request less dark soy sauce.

The shop located opposite the Bukit China’s morning market. Just two or three shops after you make a right turn from the famous soya bean drink stall or Capital Satay Celup.
